Return Policy

• Any order cancelled within 24 hours will be fully refunded.
• All other items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• All items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
• All items must be unopened and in the original packing.
• Returns of opened or used products will be accepted in the event of a product defect provided it is within 30 days of purchase. 
• Any items being shipped back to us should be addressed to the store location:         

• There is no restocking fee; however the customer is responsible for any costs incurred when shipping the returned item back to Francis Sporting Goods.
• Footwear may be returned as long as it has not been worn outside.
• All unused, new bats in their original “shrink wrapped” packaging may be returned to Francis Sporting Goods within 15 days of purchase. All defective or damaged aluminum/composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer.
• Returns meeting all of the required criteria will be offered an exchange or refund to the original method of payment.
